- In the copy room, the user can copy various materials/books within the current copyright law. *The user MUST respect the copyright of the author and publishing rights of the publisher.

Under the current copyright law, the copyright holder has the right to duplicate/copy all of his/her works. However, Article 28 of the current Copyright Act stipulates few exceptions (i.e., noncommercial use for investigation & research purposes). According to Article 28 of the current Copyright Act, users are allowed to copy a part of the book/material (max. one copy) for noncommercial investigation/research purposes. Therefore, in our copy room, we strictly prohibit the copying of materials/books beyond the scope of the current Copyright Act. All users must be aware of this in advance to make sure that you DO NOT suffer from civil and criminal penalties/punishment. |

About Illegal Software Use (Restrictions)
- Make sure to use licensed software in all spaces/rooms inside the campus (including the library) to avoid copyright disputes.
- Any illegal use of commercial software will result in up to three years in prison, and a fine of up to 30 million KRW. Illegal copying, distributing, lending of copyrighted contents will result in up to five years in prison, and a fine of up to 50 million KRW.
- All responsibilities arising from the illegal use of commercial S/W inside the campus shall be borne by the individual (or party)

B. When you install a university-owned MS Windows OS, etc. after purchasing a PC (or assembly PC) without an operating system (OS)
C. When you bring a personal PC with illegally copied software into the school.
D. When you use a personal open software inside the campus.
E. When you use a campus license (Management Program) software on a PC that is NOT a school asset.
F. When you download illegal programs through P2P, torrent, etc.
