This is an online application page for the use of Library at Yonsei University under the “Agreement for the Joint Use of Academic Resources of Korea University-Yonsei University and the Mutual Cooperation of ICT Fields”.

Applicants and Recruitment
Recruitment Target: Full-time faculty, undergraduate and graduate students in office
Recruitment: 1,000 undergraduate/graduate students on a first-come, first-served basis (wants to reapply + new applicants) (* Full-time professors are not restricted)
Application period for new applicants: March 11, 2019 (Mon) 09:00 ~
Service period: 1 April 2019 – 28 February 2020
Scope of use
All library facilities and materials of Yonsei University (Shinchon/International/Wonju) except Yonsei University Medical Library
Available on equal terms with the status of Yonsei University (teacher/ undergraduate/ graduate school)
How to use
Log in to the Korea University Library website → User service → Apply to use Yonsei University Library → Click on the application menu → Fill out the personal information agreement and application form, and the use rule compliance agreement → Complete the application
Check the text of the issuance of the user’s license → to visit the information center on the 1st floor of the central library at Korea University → receive the user’s certificate after verifying the identity
Service Restrictions
Facilities requiring electronic resources access (including ebooks), data purchase application, mutual loan, an original copy, and manager approval (media listening room, exhibition room, etc.)
Some services may be limited depending on the characteristics of Yonsei University Library
Yonsei University Medical Library is not available.
Notices regarding sanctions
If the following matters are violated, measures such as “additional sanctions from the Korea University Library”, “collection of library licenses (withdrawal)”, and “prohibition of future use applications” are taken.
