The duration may be extended depending on the progress of the work.

2. Affected Services (Smart Card System Related)

  A. One-Stop Service Center

    - Issuance of mobile and physical student ID cards will be unavailable.

    - Attendance tracking system (Smart Card attendance) will be unavailable.

  B. Library System

    - Entrance Gates: Out of service → [Action] Entrance gates will remain open.

    - Seat Assignment (Kiosks): Unavailable → [Action] Please use the mobile app (KLIB2) or the library website.

    - Self-Checkout/Return Machines: Unavailable → [Action] Please use the circulation desks in each library room.

       * Mobile ID (Initial) unavailable / Physical Student ID cards available

  C. Space Management System

    - Space reservation and access requests will be unavailable.

    - Entry to reserved spaces will be restricted.

Operations will resume the following day (Saturday, 09:00).
