The service has been restored and is now operating normally.

This is to inform you of a service disruption affecting KISS provided by Korean Studies Information Co., Ltd.

Due to a fiber optic cable break in the region where the provider is located, the service has been temporarily suspended and is currently under restoration. We have been informed that recovery work is expected to be completed by the morning of March 19. A further notice will be provided once the service is fully restored.
