2023학년도 2학기 중앙도서관 캐럴(개인 열람실) 신청 안내

중앙도서관 캐럴은 독립된 1인 연구지원 공간으로, 신청자 중 추첨을 통해 이용자를 선정하고 있습니다.

아래 내용 확인 후 신청해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 신청대상

 가. 본교에 재직 중인 강사

 나. 본교 대학원(석/박사) 재학생

    1) 2023학년도 2학기가 논문제출학기이며 등록 중이어야 함

    2) 현 과정(석사/박사) 중 캐럴 이용 내역이 없어야 함

2. 신청서류 : [첨부1] 캐럴 이용 신청서 1부(사진 필수)

   (대학원생은 신청 시 지도교수 직인 생략. 캐럴 선정자에 한해 직인이 포함된 신청서 재제출)

3. 신청기간 : 2023년 8월 1일(화)~ 2023년 8월 15일(화)

4. 제출방법

  가. 신청서 작성 후 이메일 발송 (보낼 곳: libsvc@korea.ac.kr)

    1) 학교 포털 메일 계정으로 발송해야 함 (-@korea.ac.kr)

    2) 메일제목: [캐럴 신청] 이름 / 신분  (예시: [캐럴신청] 도서관 / 석사)

5. 선정방법 : 공개추첨 (참관가능)

  가. 추첨예정일 : 2023년 8월 24일(목) 14:00~14:30

  나. 추첨장소 : 중앙도서관 2층 회의실

  다. 추첨인원 : 강사 8명 / 석사 8명 / 박사 8명

  라. 비고 : 참관 여부는 추첨 결과와 무관함

6. 선정자 공고

  가. 일시 : 2023년 8월 25일(금) 12:00 예정

  나. 도서관 홈페이지 공지사항 게시 및 당첨자 개별연락

7. 캐럴 이용조건

  가. 사용시간 : 중앙도서관 운영시간 (06:00 ~ 23:00)

  나. 사용기간 : 2023년 9월 1일 ~ 2024년 2월 13일

  다. 비고: 중앙도서관 운영일/운영시간/사용기간은 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있음

Information on applying for Carrels (personal reading rooms) at the Main Library for the second semester of 2023

The Main Library Carrel is an independent one-person research support space, and users are selected through a drawing among applicants.

Please apply after checking the contents below.

1. Subject to application

 A. an instructor at our school

 B. Enrolled student (Master/Doctor) of this school

    1) Must be registered on the second semester of the 2023 school year, which is that personal’s thesis submission semester.

    2) No previously Carrel used history during current course (Master/Doctor) 

2. Application document: [Attachment 1] 1 application for Carrel use (photo required)

   (Graduate students are omitting the seal from the position of advisor when applying. Resubmission of application with seal for Carrel appliers)

3. Application period: August 1st, 2023 (Tuesday) to August 15th, 2023 (Tuesday) 

4. How to submit

  A. Complete the application and send an e-mail (to: libsvc@korea.ac.kr )

    1) Must be sent to the school portal mail account (-@korea.ac.kr )

    2) Mail title: [Carrel application] Name/ status (ex. [Carrel application] library/ master's degree)

5. Selection method: Open drawing (able to observe)

  A. Date: August 24th, 2023 (Thursday) 14:00 to 15:00

  B. Location: Conference room on the 2nd floor of the Main Library

  C. Number of draw: 8 instructors / 8 masters / 8 PhDs

  D. Remark: Whether to attend to observe or not is irrelevant to the result of the drawing

6. Announcement of Chosen Person

  A. Date and time: August 25th, 2023 (Friday) 12:00 (tentative)

  B. Will be contacted to individuals and also be announced at library website 

7. Conditions of use of Carrels

  A. Hours of use: Operating hours of the Main Library (06:00 to 23:00)

  B. Period of use: September 1st, 2023 (Friday) to February 13th, 2024 (Tuesday) 

  C. Remark: The operating date, time and using period may be changed depending on the library’s situation
