• 공모내용

 - 접수기간 : 2025년 10월 1일(수)~11월 30일(일)

 - 우수작 선정 : 2025년 12월 중

 - 공모주제 : 도서관 속 이야기 (고대 도서관의 공간과 구성원의 학문적·문화적 일상이 어우러지는 창의적 자유 주제)

 - 참가대상 : 재학 중인 학부생 및 대학원생, 재직 교직원

 - 참가방법 : 구글폼을 통한 온라인 제출 (https://forms.gle/DmuPSrgn5VTFRA3v5)

 - 시상내역 : 대상(1명) 50만원 | 최우수상(1명) 30만원 | 우수상(3명) 10만원 | 장려상(4명) 5만원

• 유의사항

 - 출품 수에 제한은 없으나, 중복 수상 시 수상자는 1명으로 제한함

 - 타 공모전 수상작 또는 모방작은 심사에서 제외하며, 수상 후에 확인될 경우 수상을 취소함

 - 디지털 합성, 과도한 조작 및 변형, 규격 미달 등의 작품은 심사에서 제외하며, 수상 후에 확인될 경우 수상을 취소함

 - 심사 결과 적합한 작품이 없을 경우 시상하지 않을 수 있음

 - 초상권 및 저작권 등 작품 관련 분쟁 시 모든 책임은 참가자 본인에게 있음

 - 상금은 원천세 공제 후 지급하며, 이메일로 별도 안내 예정

[Submission deadline] 2025 Korea University Library Photo Contest

1. Contest Details

 - Submission Period: October 1, 2025 (Wed) – November 30, 2025 (Sun)

 - Winners Announcement/Selection: December 2025

 - Theme: Stories in the Library (A creative, open theme that freely captures the library’s spaces and the academic and cultural everyday life of Korea University community members.)

 - Eligibility: Currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students, and current faculty/staff

 - How to Apply: Submit online via Google Form (https://forms.gle/DmuPSrgn5VTFRA3v5)

 - Awards:

   Grand Prize (1): KRW 500,000

   Excellence Award (1): KRW 300,000

   Merit Awards (3): KRW 100,000 each

   Honorable Mentions (4): KRW 50,000 each

2. Notes / Important Information

 - There is no limit to the number of entries; however, in the event of multiple winning entries by the same person, only one prize will be awarded per winner.

 - Entries that have won at other contests or are deemed imitations/plagiarized will be excluded from judging. If discovered after results are announced, the award will be revoked.

 - Entries involving digital compositing, excessive editing/manipulation, or failure to meet required specifications will be excluded from judging. If discovered after results are announced, the award will be revoked.

 - If no suitable work is selected, the organizer may decide not to grant awards.

 - Any disputes related to portrait rights, copyright, or other legal issues are the sole responsibility of the participant.

 - Prize money will be paid after withholding tax; winners will be notified separately via email.
