인류 사회가 정보화 시대에 들어선 이후, 디지털 기술의 신속한 발전과 광범위한 응용은 디지털 경제를 파생했으며, 사람들은 빅 데이터에 대한 인식-선택-필터-저장-전도를 통해 자원의 신속한 최적화 배분을 실현할 수 있다.오늘날 인터넷 지능, 빅데이터 알고리즘, 인공지능 상호 작용에서 공유 경제에 이르기까지 디지털 경제는 세계 각국에 혁신적인 비즈니스 모델, 경제 토대와 산업 구조를 제공하고 생산력의 지속적인 발전을 촉진한다[1]. 디지털경제는 현재 전반 경제와 사회의 전방위적인'디지털 전환'[2]을 선도하고 있으며 그 강력한 동력과 혁신능력은 지속적으로 세계 각국의 경제회복에 활력을 불어넣고 있다. 본문의 취지는 디지털 경제 발전이 경제 성장에 미치는 영향을 토론하는 것이다.아울러 국내외 관련 문헌과 연구자료를 정리한데 기초하여 정부와 기술의 두 방면으로부터 디지털경제발전이 경제성장에 미치는 영향을 가일층 탐구한다. 마지막으로 리론과 실증 분석결과에 근거하여 디지털경제의 건전하고 지속가능한 발전을 위한 정책건의를 제기하였다.

Since society entered the information age, the rapid development and widespread application of digital technology has led to a digital economy that enables people to quickly and optimally choose, through identification, selection, filtering, storage, and big data management realizing the allocation of resources. In today's society, from Internet intelligence, big data algorithms, intelligent interaction of artificial intelligence to the sharing economy, the digital economy has provided innovative business models, economic foundations and industrial structures for countries around the world, thus promoting the sustainable development of productivity. The digital economy is at the forefront of the all-encompassing “digital transformation” of the entire economy and society, and its strong driving force and innovative capacity have further accelerated the economic recovery of countries around the world. The aim of this article is to examine the effects of the development of the digital economy on economic growth. And based on the combination of domestic and foreign relevant literature and research materials from the two perspectives of government and technology, the impact of the development of digital economy on economic growth is further studied. Finally, based on the results of the theoretical and empirical analysis, the document presents some policy proposals to promote a healthy and sustainable development of the digital economy.
