Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 신식 투명 시대에 오염 정보 공개가 가정 예방 건강 제품 지출에 미치는 영향을 토론하는 데에 있다. 본 연구는 중국 건강 및 은퇴 추적조사(CHARLS)의 미시 데이터를 기반으로 이중 차분 모델(DID)을 사용하여 전국에 공개하게 된 PM2.5 수치로 준 자연 실험한다. 특정 외부 환경에서 오염 정보의 공개 및 명확화는 소비자 의사 결정에 변화를 일으킬 수 있음을 관찰했다. 검증 결과에 따르면 오염 정보가 공개된 후 같은 오염 수준에서 주민들의 건강 예방을 위한 비용이 급격히 증가하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면 오염 정보 공개 후 예방 건강 제품에 대한 가계 지출이 매년 149.63위안 증가했다. 본 연구에서 오염 정보 공개화는 오염 정분 외에도 의외의 효과가 있다. 이것은 정보공개로 인한 미시적 영향을 노출된 것은 증명하였으며, 새로운 인사이트에서 대기 품질 개선의 전반적인 효과를 발현하였다.
In order to examine the effects of pollution information disclosure on household health expenditure for preventive in the setting of information disclosure, this article employs the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) microdata, the consecutive revelation of PM2.5 data across the nation as a quasi-natural experiment, and a difference-in-difference (DID) model. Under specific external circumstances, it has been observed that the disclosure and clarity of pollution information cause changes in consumption decisions. It is verified that the cost of residents' health expenditure for preventive at the same level of pollution increases dramatically when pollution information is disclosed. The findings show that disclosing pollution information raises household health expenditure for preventive spending by 149.63 CNY (Chinese Yuan) annually. This study demonstrates that the release of information about pollution has additional effects that are separate from the pollution itself, exposing the micro-effects caused by the release of information and reaffirming the overall benefits of air quality improvement from a fresh angle.
