Author Introduction
Gordon L. Flett(지은이)
Flett 박사는 캐나다 토론토에 있는 York 대학교 심리학과 교수로 재직하고 있다. 1988년에 Toronto 대학교에서 박사학위를 받았고, 연구 관심사는 우울에서 성격 요인의 역할과 우울의 연속성이다. Flett 박사와 Hewitt 박사는 연구 협력을 통해서 2002년까지 완벽주의에 대한 38개의 연구 논문 작업과 수많은 학회 발표를 했고, 1991년에는 팀을 이루어서 다차원적 완벽주의 척도(Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale)를 개발하기도 했다.
Paul L. Hewitt(지은이)
Hewitt 박사는 임상심리학자로, 캐나다 밴쿠버에 있는 British Columbia 대학교 심리학과 교수로 재직하고 있다. 1988년 Saskatchewan 대학교에서 박사학위를 받았고, 미국 Washington 대학교의 건강과학센터에서 임상 수련을 받았다. Hewitt 박사는 학부 때부터 완벽주의와 정신 병리에 대해 연구했으며, 완벽주의 분야와 자살 분야에서 많은 논문을 발표했다. 그는 완벽주의에 대해서 수많은 워크숍, 심포지엄, 교육용 방송 활동을 해 왔으며, 학회지 편집위원 활동도 수행하고 있다.
