저자소개
마우리치오 랏자라또(지은이)
이탈리아 출신의 사회학자이자 철학자. 1980년대 초에 프랑스로 망명, 파리 제8대학에서 커뮤니케이션 패러다임, 정보기술, 비물질노동을 주제로 박사학위를 받았다. 자율주의 잡지 『뮐띠뛰드』(Multitudes)지의 창간 발기인이자 편집위원이다. 비물질노동, 임금노동의 종말, ‘포스트사회주의’ 운동, 인지자본주의와 그 한계, 생명정치·생명경제 개념 등이 연구 주제이다. 저서 『부채인간』(메디치미디어, 2012)은 한국어를 포함하여 11개 언어로 번역되었고, 2013년 서울 일민미술관의 <애니미즘> 전시회에 시각예술가 안젤라 멜리토풀로스와 함께 작업한 영상 작품 <배치>와 <입자들의 삶>이 전시되었고 작품 소개를 위해 방한하기도 하였다. 저서로 『비물질노동과 다중』(공저, 갈무리, 2005), 『기호와 기계』(갈무리, 2017), 『사건의 정치』(갈무리, 2017), 『부채통치』(Gouverner par la dette, 갈무리, 근간), 『정치의 실험들』(Experimentations politiques, 갈무리, 근간), 『발명의 힘』(Puissances de l’invention, 2002), 『불평등의 정부』(Le gouvernement des inegalites, 2008), 『전쟁과 자본』(공저, Guerres et capital, 2016) 등이 있다.
