저자소개

임세영(지은이)

충남대학교(학사)와 서울대학교 대학원(석사)에서 공업교육학을 공부했다. 직업훈련연구소에서 기술교육매체개발 연구원으로 3년 근무 후 독일 카셀(Kassel) 대학에서 일의 배움터에 대한 연구로 박사학위를 취득하였다. 1991년부터 직업훈련교사 양성 대학인 한국기술교육대학 교수로서 교육의 변방이라고 할 수 있는 비형식적인 직업훈련을 연구하며, 직업기술의 교육과 인적자원개발, 성인교육학 등을 가르치면서 현대사회에서 직업과 직업을 가르치는 일의 본질이 무엇인지 공부하고 있다. 전문성 발달, 엔지니어의 일과 학습, 직업생애사, 직업능력개발 등에 대한 논문을 썼고, 저서로 《인적자원개발의 기초》(박영사)가 있다. 독일 카셀(Kassel)대학교 직업교육학 박사 한국기술교육대학교 테크노인력개발전문대학원 교수 대한공업교육학회 회장 역임
