Formal Semantics: A Mathematical Approach to the Analysis of Meaning is a book about how formal semantics analyzes and explains the meaning of language. Formal semantics is one of the most influential semantic theories in the field of semantics. It is characterized by the use of mathematics and logics as a tool for the analysis of meaning. Due to this, it may seem to be somewhat difficult for those who are interested in the discipline. The book is an attempt to minimize tough and complex techniques and notions that are used in the field. For this, the author provides a reader-friendly organization and step-by-step procedures for the analysis of meaning in this book.
