Scott Highhouse(지은이)
현재 볼링그린주립대학교 심리학과의 산업 및 조직심리 전공 교수로 재직 중이며, 특히 이 학교의 산업 및 조직심리 전공은 U.S. News & World Report에서 미국 내 최고의 프로그램 중 하나로 선정되었다. 그는 현재 Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes의 편집위원, Journal of Applied Psychology와 Journal of Occupa－tional and Organizational Psychology의 심사위원을 맡고 있으며, 많은 기업들의 인사선발과 평가에 대한 자문 역할을 수행하고 있다. 고용 관련 의사결정에 관한 책을 편저한 바 있으며, 40편이 넘는 학술논문을 출판하였다.
