피터 워커(지은이)
케임브리지대학교에서 고전학과 초기 기독교 역사를 공부했으며, 예루살렘에 대한 성경의 시대와 교부 시대의 태도에 관해 폭넓게 연구해왔다. 옥스퍼드대학교 위클리프 홀(신학대학) 신약학 교수, 트리니티 목회대학원(미국 펜실베이니아주) 성서학 교수를 역임했다. 또한 30년 이상 성경의 땅을 탐구하고 가이드하는 스터디 투어를 인도했다. 저서로는 《예수의 발자취를 따라서》, 《바울의 발자취를 따라서》(CUP), The Story of the Holy Land, The Lion Guide to the Bible 등이 있다.
