피터 라인하트(지은이)

제빵계의 세계적 권위자. 2002년 제임스 비어드 재단과 국제요리전문가협회(IACP)가 선정한 ‘올해의 요리책’인 『브레드 베이커스 어프렌티스』, 2008년 제임스 비어드 상을 수상한 『통곡물 빵』, 1999년 제임스 비어드 상을 수상한 『빵 껍질과 속살』을 비롯 베스트셀러 제빵서 10여 권을 집필한 그는 현재 노스캐롤라이나 주 존슨앤웨일스 대학교에서 제빵 부문 전임교수로 재직하고 있다. 또한 유명 동영상 웹사이트 ‘피자 퀘스트닷컴(PizzaQuest.com)’의 운영자로도 활동하고 있다.
