닐 J. 샐카인드(지은이)
메릴랜드 대학교에서 인간발달학 박사 학위를 받았으며, 캔자스 대학교에서 35년간 학생들을 가르친 후, 심리학 및 교육 연구학과의 명예교수로서 연구를 계속하고 있다. 샐카인드 박사는 150편이 넘는 논문을 발표했고, 100편이 넘는 글과 교과서를 출판했다. 저서로는 『Statistics for People Who (Think They) Hate Statistics, 6th Ed.』 (SAGE Publications, 2018), 『Exploring Research, 9th Ed.』 (Pearson, 2016), 『Excel Statistics : A Quick Guide』 (SAGE Publications, 2015), 『SPSS QuickStarts』 (Pearson, 2010) 등이 있다.
