Author Introduction
장-자크 르세르클(지은이)
프랑스 파리의 고등사범학교(Ecole Normale Sup?rieure)에서 수학했다. 199년부터 2002년까지 영국 웨일스에 있는 카디프 대학(University of Cardiff)의 영문과 연구교수로 재직했다. 현재 낭테르에 있는 파리 대학(파리10대학)의 영문과 교수로서 언어의 철학과 문학 이론에 대한 광범위한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 대표적 저서로 『거울을 통한 철학』(Philosophy Through the Looking Glass, 1985),『언어의 폭력』(Violence of Language, 1990), 『난센스의 철학』(Philosophy of Nonsense, 1994), 『화용론으로서의 해석』(Interpretation as Pragmatics, 1999) 그리고 『언어의 마르크스주의 철학』(A Marxist Philosophy of Language, 2009) 등이 있다.
