 임금피크제를 도입한 국내기업 중 임금피크제 유형별로 정년보장형(서울신문)과 정년연장형(한국감정원), 그리고 두 유형 중 선택형(한국수자원공사)을 도입한 각 1개 기업을 대상으로 제도도입의 배경과 제도적 특징을 비교 연구해보고자 한다.
