Abstract

The purpose of this study is, if workpeople''s organization culture which is engaged in semiconductor equipment industry among great many corporate culture exerts some, and some in organizational effectiveness according to awareness of organization culture effect.

  Verifies relativity of organization culture and organizational effectiveness to people in service who is engaged in semiconductor industry with the Three companies as the central figure which was doing semiconductor equipment industry by the basis more concretely but focused.
  Sense of studies searches whether can get higher effect than when exerts effect that is some to job satisfaction, organization commitment, job attitude in special working environment and culture as is special in workpeople''s organization culture that is engaged in semiconductor equipment industry, and is applied by what method.
  Extent of study and method did theoretical investigation about  organization culture and organizational effectiveness, and used positive research reactor questionnaire method through priority domestic?uter  literature cited and preceding study used by study and positive method of study to achieve purpose.

  Analyzed relation of job satisfaction according to degree, organization commitment, job attitude that think of organization culture distinguishing pattern of organization culture via preceding study of organization culture of Quinn & McGrath to worker who work in semiconductor equipment industry, and as a result, factors connected with degree that think organization culture were expose that keep in mind mostly statistically to job satisfaction, organization commitment, job attitude. Appeared high than degree that think of culture that degree that think of culture is progressive degree, that is, the conservation culture that think of organization culture, but was expose that do not influence to job satisfaction, organization commitment, job attitude.
