에릭 포즈너(지은이)
시카고대학교 법학대학원 교수로 재직 중이며 전문 분야는 금융 규제, 국제법, 계약법, 파산법이다. 미국학술원과 미국법률협회 회원으로, 2013~2017년 가장 많이 인용된 법학자 중 3위에 올랐다. 예일대학교에서 철학 학사 및 석사, 하버드대학교 법학대학원에서 법학 박사 학위를 받았으며, 펜실베이니아대학교 법학대학원 교수와 뉴욕대학교·컬럼비아대학교 법학대학원 초빙교수, 《법학저널(The Journal of Legal Studies)》 편집장을 역임했다. 지금까지 국제법, 외교관계법, 헌법, 계약법, 게임 이론과 관련 법, 비용 편익 분석 등 다양한 주제로 논문과 책을 집필해 왔다. 저서로 《래디컬 마켓》 외에 《마지막 수단: 금융 위기와 구제 금융의 미래(Last Resort: The Financial Crisis and the Future of Bailouts)》 《인권법의 황혼(The Twilight of Human Rights Law)》 《국제법의 경제적 기반(Economic Foundations of International Law)》 《제약에서 풀려난 행정부: 매디슨주의 공화국 이후(The Executive Unbound: After the Madisonian Republic)》 《법과 사회 규범(Law and Social Norms)》 등이 있다.
