크리스토퍼 윈치는 현재 영국 노샘프턴에 있는 네인 대학의 교육철학 교수로서 초등학교와 고등교육기관에서 학생들을 가르친 바 있다. 주요 저서로는 『언어, 능력 그리고 교육성취(Language, ability and educational achievement)』(1990), 『읽기, 쓰기 그리고 논증하기(Reading, writing and reasoning)』(Gavin Fairbairn과 공저, 1991, 1996), 『자질과 교육(Quality and education)』(1996) 등이 있다.
