- 도서관 홈페이지 로그인 기능(포털 아이디 방식)
- 도서관 홈페이지 개인화 서비스(자료구입, 간편대출, 도서예약, 상호대차/원문복사, 전자책, 교외접속 등)
- 도서관 모바일 앱(KLIB2)을 통한 시설좌석예약 등
※ 단, 학생증을 이용한 도서관 출입 및 키오스크, 무인 대출/반납 서비스 등은 정상적으로 이용 가능합니다.

포털시스템(KUPID) 장애 안내 [Information Infrastructure Team] KoreaUniversity Portal System(KUPID) Service Disruption Notic
지난 야간에 발생한 '포털시스템(KUPID)의 데이터 손상'에 따른 서비스 장애 관련해 안내드립니다.
1. 장애 원인 : 노후된 포털시스템 서버를 개선하는 작업중 데이터 손상이 발생했습니다.
2. 장애 상황 : 전자결재 등 포털 서비스 일체와 포털과 연계된 서비스들의 이용이 불가능하십니다.
3. 장애 대응 : 현재 기존 백업 데이터를 통해 데이터 복구중입니다. 그러나 데이터 양이 많아 복구에 시간이 소요되고 있으며, 금일중 복구를 완료할 계획입니다.
현재 별도 앱을 이용하시거나 혹은 아래의 주소로 직접 접속하셔서 구글, 하이웍스, 네이버 등의 메일 서비스는 이용하실 수 있으며, 직원분들이 쓰시는 행정시스템은 이용 가능하십니다.

We would like to inform you of a service disruption caused by data corruption in the Portal System (KUPID) that occurred during the night.
We are currently performing emergency recovery operations and will notify you once the services are fully restored.
1. Cause of Disruption : Data corruption occurred during the process of upgrading the aging servers of the Portal System.
2. Service Impact : All portal services, including electronic approval, as well as services linked to the portal, are currently unavailable.
3. Recovery Actions: Restoration is currently underway using previously backed-up data.
Given the substantial volume of data, the process is taking longer than expected, but we plan to complete the recovery by the end of the day.
While the portal system is unavailable, email services including Google, HiWorks, and Naver can still be accessed via dedicated apps or by directly visiting the URLs below.
Administrative systems used by university staff are also operating normally.
