1. Temporary Suspension of iThenticate Similarity Check Service due to iThenticate Ver. 2 Upgrade
- Upgrade Details: iThenticate Ver. 2 Upgrade
- Scheduled Downtime: February 23, 2025 (Sunday) from 00:00 to 21:00
(approximately 21 hours, subject to change based on the progress of the work)
- Suspended Service: iThenticate Similarity Check

2. Post-Upgrade Account Activation
After the upgrade is completed, existing users must follow the steps below to activate their accounts:
① An account activation email will be sent to existing iThenticate users after the upgrade is completed (valid for 30 days).
* Sender: noreply@turnitin.com
* Email Subject: Welcome to iThenticate!
※ Please check both your inbox and spam folder!
② Click the [Activate] or [Activate Account] button in the activation email.
③ Reset your password on the iThenticate account settings page and start using the service immediately.
※ After the upgrade, the access URL will change to [https://koreauniac.turnitin.com].
